Last decade has seen persistent improvements in care of end stage renal disease and increased survival of dialysis patients. A functional vascular access is the key to achieve good dialysis care. With limited total options of AV access in an individual, improving technical success rate and salvage of failing AV access is needed to prolong life expectancy of patients on dialysis. Multispeciality involvement (Nephrologist, Vascular surgeon, Radiologist, Plastic surgeon, urologist) in formation , care and usage of vascular access makes it necessary for the people to acquire a common platform for understanding of science of vascular access. With these goals we plan 4th conference of Vascular and Endovascular Interventions in Nephrology (VEIN).
